About the event
When starting and running a company, the resilience that its founder brings to the table is vital for any business' success. Yet this is often overlooked in our drive for progress and growth. To change this, the New Work Targets set themselves the goal to boost founders’ wellbeing and increase their resistance to external stressors by setting their ventures up right from the beginning. And by creating the conditions to address the needs of any organisation that wants to be successful long-term, we'll expand this mission to an even wider audience and engage in conversation during this open-format picnic, moderated by different "New Targets" ambassadors. Food and drinks will be provided.
