This Session is dedicated to the topic of Communication in the context of work and the differences effective Communication can make in regard to your business. Whether you have just founded or are already more advanced in your journey – It does make a difference whether you talk to your employees properly and whether you know how to communicate clearly. Therefore, we aim to help you establish means of communication that both enable you and your time to exchange information as precise as possible (so that no information gets amiss), but still in a way, that will allow you to remain friendly along the way. How we do that? First, we will take a look at your means of communication, starting from the channels you use online to the wording you use when addressing each other. In a second step, we will then teach you some hands-on practices that help you put forward your messages more clearly – Also in regard to non-verbal communication.
