Mind body connection, Stress physiology, stress / performance curve, mini breaks throughout the day, optimising energy levels, parasympathetic recovery, resourcing, physical exercise, sleep. Practices: Breathing exercises, Body Scan ...Â
Distraction, reactivity, negativity, self-judgement (e.g. limiting beliefs), inflexibility, disconnection, misalignment are topics that will be tackled in this module.
DescriptionÂ
Getting in touch with our inner world and cultivating a deeper and friendlier relationship with ourselves helps us be more present and less reactive when we are faced with change, conflict or uncertainty. We learn to work with distractions skilfully to become more focused, always checking in with how our work aligns with our deeper, long-term intentions. By opening up to different perspectives with curious authenticity, while practising empathy and care towards others, we can shape the path towards a psychologically safe team environment, where everyone feels valued.Â
